After the Navy, I didn’t just learn to cook. I worked my way through literally every position in the restaurant industry.
Line cook scraping by on minimum wage? Been there.
Pastry chef measuring ingredients at 4am? Done that.
General Manager responsible for million-dollar operations? Lived it.
I didn’t skip steps. I didn’t take shortcuts. I earned every position the hard way—because that’s the only way to truly master something.
